Background on the Business
Edgars Inn is a multi-venue hospitality group, hosted in one building in Ainslie. Created on the standing of Edgars Pub, it has branched into Mama Dough, Wakefields Bar, and The Inn. Its a small - medium sized business, with a small admin and operational team.
My supervisor throughout was Zac Graham, our operations manager, who has been overseeing the marketing of all Condi Group businesses (including Mr. Wolf, Public Bar, Shortys & Lola’s) over the past years.
What is my Role?
I took on the role of Marketing Assistant. This role was incredibly flexible, and moulded to the needs of the business and what was most helpful at times. My main roles were content creation, content planning, general planning and general assistance.
